Labatt Loving New York Summer Contest Rules


Starting June 8, 2018 at 5AM we will be starting the ”Labatt Loving New York Summer” codeword contest. This contest will run until July 16, 2018 at 5AM. This is a codeword sweepstakes and contestants can find the codeword at any of the following five locations:

  • The Range located at 119 E State St. Ithaca NY 14850
  • Lot10 located at 106 S Cayuga St. Ithaca NY 14850
  • Glenwood Pines located at 1213 Taughannock Blvd Ithaca NY 14850
  • Silky Jones located at 214 E State St. Ithaca NY 14850
  • The Rhine House located at 632 W Seneca St. Ithaca NY 14850

Once listeners have visited any of the five locations to obtain the contest codeword, listeners to qualify for the grand prize must enter the code word online and fully complete the registration form. Listeners are allowed to enter once per day during the registration period and can do so by visiting and entering the codeword at any one of the participating sites 967thevine.com/i100rocks.com/1037qcountry.com/whcuradio.com/96.3thebuzzer.com/z955.com. Once there they can enter using their email address and code word then following the onscreen prompts. We will select our winner by random drawing on July 16, 2018.

 Must be 21+ to enter. One entry per day per person. Submitting more than one entry per person per day will invalidate all entries by that contestant. Any entry submitted on behalf of another individual or using another person’s email address or name will be disqualified and ineligible to claim any prize. Any attempt by any participant to obtain more than the stated number of entries allowed by using same, multiple/different email addresses, identities, or any other methods void that participant’s entries and that participant may be disqualified. in the event of a dispute as to any on-line registration, the authorized account holder of the e-mail address sued to register will be deemed to be the registrant and he/she must be eligible according to these official rules. No mechanically reproduced or automated entries permitted. Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification and all such entries will be deemed void.

 WQNY/WFIZ/WYXL-HD3/WIII/WYXL-HD2 contests are open to all eligible New York State & Pennsylvania Residents 21 or older have not won anything on WQNY/WFIZ/WYXL-HD3/WIII/WYXL-HD2 in the past 30 days or any prize valued at $600 or more in the past 6 months. Only one winner per household is permitted within 30 days after a household has a winner. Any prize awarded to an ineligible listener will be deemed null and void, and an alternate eligible winner may be named.

 Employees of Cayuga Radio Group, Saga Communications of New England, LLC., and its ultimate parent company, Saga Communications, Inc., their advertising agencies, affiliates, contest sponsors, employees and immediate families of each, and employees of all media of mass communication within a one hundred mile radius of the WQNY/WFIZ/WYXL-HD3/WIII/WYXL-HD2 main studio are not eligible to win any contest.  Immediate family includes the spouse, great-grandparents, grandparents, parents, brothers, sisters, children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren of the employee and his/her spouse. This also includes individuals for whom the employee is current legal guardian.

 No purchase necessary. Prize is not redeemable or transferrable for cash. WQNY/WFIZ/WYXL-HD3/WIII/WYXL-HD2 sole responsibility will be to award the prize. WQNY/WFIZ/WYXL-HD3/WIII/WYXL-HD2 shall have no further responsibility if the prize winner for any reason cannot or decides not to use any of the prize. Winner responsible for all applicable federal and state taxes. Fees and incidentals are not included with the prize and are the sole responsibility of the winner.

This contest is being run concurrently and simultaneously in the Ithaca New York area between radio stations associated with the Cayuga Radio Group and listeners of said stations will be competing against each other for the same prize.
