CORTLANDVILLE, N.Y. (WHCU) – Another credit card skimming machine has been found in Cortland County.
State Police say the skimmer was located at Save A Lot Food on Route 222 in the Town of Cortlandville. An employee found the machine on Monday, July 24, after noticing it looked different than others. Anyone who may have shopped there is advised to check their credit card and bank statements.
There is no word as to whether this machine is related to a recent string of skimmer machines. The investigation is ongoing.
