ITHACA, N.Y. (WHCU) – You can see documentaries about a hot-button issue for free this weekend in Ithaca.

One local movie house is hosting a film festival about reproductive rights. Cinemapolis Executive Director Kate Donahue shares the details about the Reproductive Justice Film Festival.

The first screening happens at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Two other films will be shown on Saturday at 4:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. Donahue reminds the public that construction is ongoing at Home Dairy Alley. It’s limiting accessibility to the theater. Donahue shares the quickest shortcut to Cinemapolis from the Commons.

Officials say Home Dairy Alley will likely be reopened in time for the Apple Harvest Festival.
