Cortland to shine spotlight on foreclosures

CORTLAND, N.Y. (WHCU) — The city of Cortland is beginning to tackle foreclosures.

Mayor Scott Steve tells us it’s become a complicated situation.

Steve is considering sending out requests for proposals.

The mayor calls it a “different approach.”
