Danby board to discuss solar array

DANBY, N.Y. (WHCU) — There’s a public hearing in Danby tonight about green energy.

Fingerlakes Renewables is hoping to put a solar array on Danby Road. Residents can share their thoughts at tonight’s Board of Zoning Appeals meeting, which starts at 7 PM.

In related green energy news, the Ithaca City School District plans to purchase more electric buses.
