BINGHAMTON, N.Y. (WHCU) – A Tompkins County man will spend more than 8 years behind bars.

67-year-old Randolph Bullock, of Dryden, has been sentenced to 97 months in federal prison for possession of child pornography. As part of a prior guilty plea, Bullock admitted to having pictures of two pre-pubescent children on three separate electronic devices from January 2018 to April 2021. Officials say Bullock’s pattern of behavior involving the exploitation of a four and six-year-old played a factor in sentencing.

Bullock was additionally ordered to pay $3,000 in restitution to each of the victims. If Bullock gets out of prison, he will be subjected to 20 years of supervised release and will be required to register as a sex offender.
