ITHACA, N.Y. (WHCU) — A business publication is honoring a Cornell student.

Forbes recently named junior Gia Mar Ramos as a member of its Puerto Rico 30 Under 30 list. She’s the creator of Girl Innovation, a program that helps young women gain exposure to computing.

The Cornell Daily Sun reports Ramos plans to expand the workshops beyond Puerto Rico.
