IPD begins implicit bias training for officers

ITHACA, N.Y. (WHCU) — Ithaca Police officers are undergoing new training. 

Chief Tom Kelly tells WHCU the focus is on implicit bias. 

Kelly says it will help officers think more clearly. 

The training began in March.
