Kilpatrick’s Publick House in Ithaca to close Saturday

ITHACA, N.Y. (WHCU) – A staple of the Ithaca bar and restaurant scene for nearly two decades is closing.

Kilpatrick’s Publick House will permanently close its doors this Saturday night. Ownership made the announcement on the pub’s Facebook page Tuesday, calling it ‘an incredibly hard decision to make.’ Known for its Irish fare and Thursday night karaoke parties, Kilpatrick’s was in business for more than 18 years near the Ithaca Commons.
