BINGHAMTON, N.Y. (WHCU) — A Binghamton University student remains one of over 100 hostages still being held by Hamas.

Congressman Marc Molinaro is calling on the State Department to help bring Omer Neutra and the other hostages back home safely.

Last October, Hamas seized a large group of hostages that began the months-long battle with Israel. Molinaro says talks to release the hostages have ‘flatlined.’

Neutra, who’s 22, is the grandson of Holocaust survivors.
