CORTLAND, N.Y. (WHCU) — Another public hearing on the future of the Parker school building in Cortland is tomorrow.

Ithaca Neighborhood Housing Services has pitched a proposal to transform the school, which closed several years ago, into housing for workers on a modest income. It’s the only proposal currently under consideration, although Mayor Scott Steve recently told WHCU it’s not a done deal.

Tomorrow’s hearing is part of the Common Council meeting, which will begin at six o’clock.
