Tenney introduces bill to defend archery programs

WASHINGTON, D.C. (WHCU) — Congresswoman Claudia Tenney wants to protect archery programs in schools.

She’s introducing a bill that strikes a current restriction on funds for dangerous weapons. The restriction was added to the Elementary and Secondary Education Act last year.

Tenney is calling out the Biden Administration, saying its attempt to defund outdoor recreational programs “flies in the face of Congressional intent.”
