Three Tioga County residents killed in Pennsylvania crash

ATHENS TOWNSHIP, PENNSYLVANIA (WHCU) -Victims in a fatal Bradford County, Pennsylvania car crash have been identified.

WENY-TV reports a Nissan Altima struck a parked truck at a high rate of speed around 2:30 a.m. on Tuesday in Athens Township. Brett Relyea, the driver, and passengers Melanie Schnurbusch and Arthur Bidlack all died at the scene.

The 46-year-old Relyea and 42-year-old Schnurbusch are both reportedly from Owego. The 46-year-old Bidlack is from Candor.

The investigation is ongoing. Athens Township Police are awaiting the results of a toxicology report.
