Tompkins County committee approves ’24 budget

ITHACA, N.Y. (WHCU) — Tompkins County has jumped another hurdle toward adopting the 2024 budget.

The Budget, Capital, and Personnel Committee signed off on the nearly $250 million budget during a special meeting on Thursday.

It now goes to the full Tompkins County Legislature at its next meeting, which is Wednesday evening.
