VIRGIL, NY (607NewsNow) — A Cincinnatus man is being charged with felony DWI.

State Police say Gary Kouril was stuck in a ditch around 1:30 Wednesday morning in Virgil after crashing his pickup truck on Parker Street. The 55-year-old allegedly gave troopers a fake name at first and displayed signs of being impaired.

Kouril had a prior conviction for DWI, and troopers say he was driving with a revoked license and without a court-ordered ignition interlock device.
