WAVERLY, NY (607NewsNow) – A Corning man is facing charges in Waverly.

Dale Wead is accused of illegally entering a home on Clark Street in the village and attacking a man inside.

According to the Morning Times, Wead believed his girlfriend was involved with the victim.

Wead is charged with felony burglary, misdemeanor criminal mischief, misdemeanor criminal trespass, and misdemeanor criminal obstruction of breathing.
