ITHACA, NY (607NewsNow) — There are no reported injuries after a vehicle fire in Ithaca.
Authorities responded to North Fulton Street shortly after 8 a.m. on Sunday. They said one person had been trapped inside a burning car, but a passerby smashed a side window and helped them escape before crews arrived.
Authorities were told the vehicle began to smoke before catching fire. The cause of the fire has not been determined.
