Deputies: Lisle woman drove drunk with 2 kids in car

MARATHON, NY (607NewsNow) — An 18-year-old is under arrest in Cortland County.

Deputies pulled Faith Darling over around 3:30 a.m. Wednesday in Marathon for traffic violations. Officers say Darling, who lives in the town of Lisle, was drunk at the wheel with two kids riding with her. Darling was charged with felony DWI and will appear in Town of Marathon Court on Sept. 10.

Darling also faced additional charges:

  • Driving While Intoxicated- Misdemeanor
  • Operate Motor Vehicle while Intoxicated under 21- Infraction
  • Unlawful Possession of Alcohol under the age of 21- Violation
  • No/Inadequate Exhaust- Infraction
