Dog found tied to pavilion, Waverly Police seek public’s help

WAVERLY, NY (607NewsNow) – Waverly Police are seeking any information about an abandoned dog.

Authorities say the pup was recently found tied to a pavilion at Waverly Glen Park.

Officers gave him food, water, and plenty of treats before turning him over to animal control. Now, investigators are trying to track down who may have left the dog behind, adding that potential charges could be pending.
