Early voting for 2026 primary election begins tomorrow

ITHACA, NY (607NewsNow) – Primary elections are right around the corner in Tompkins County.

On June 13, early voting begins. It’s also the last day to register to vote in the primaries.

Tompkins County Republicans will choose a candidate to run for the U.S. House of Representatives in District 19. Democrats will vote for a State Comptroller candidate. Additionally, Democrats in Ulysses will choose a candidate for the town council. Sample ballots are available here.

You can cast your ballots at the Tompkins County Board of Elections Building at 128 East Buffalo Street in Ithaca, or the Tompkins County CFR building at 72 Brown Road near the Ithaca Tompkins International Airport.

Early voting runs through June 21. Election Day is June 23.
