Firefighters in Spencer, West Danby to serve pancakes

SPENCER, NY (607NewsNow) — Two local fire departments will make flapjacks this weekend.

The Halsey Valley Fire Department in Spencer is putting on a pancake supper. Eggs, sausage, and donuts will also be served.

The supper, which is all-you-can-eat for a donation, runs from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Saturday.

Elsewhere in the region, the West Danby Fire Department is hosting a pancake breakfast. The meal will include bacon, home fries, and sausage.

The breakfast runs from 8 a.m. to 11 a.m. on Saturday. Meals are $12 for adults, $8 for seniors and kids, and free for youngsters under 4.
