KANSAS CITY, Mo. (607NewsNow) — The Yankees are on a four-game win streak.

On Wednesday, New York blanked Kansas City 7-0. Gerrit Cole struck out 10 batters in the victory.

After the game, Cole told reporters he’s not done improving.

“There’s still some stuff to work on, absolutely,” he said.

Wednesday marked Cole’s first win of the year. He was recovering from Tommy John surgery in the opening weeks of the season.
