VIRGIL, NY (607NewsNow) – Hollenbeck’s Cider Mill is closing early.

While the local favorite typically tries to stay open as late as possible, often until mid-March, owners say they’ll wrap up their season next week due to limited stock.

They’ll remain open through next Saturday, February 21, which will be the last donut day, or Sunday, February 22, if they don’t sell out. Valentine’s Day is the last day to place orders; everything next week will be first-come, first-served.

The Forbidden Pie schedule will officially end on February 15.
