HORNELL, NY (607NewsNow) — A Hornell woman is accused of committing welfare fraud.

Steuben County Sheriff Jim Allard says Amanda Tuttle received over $5,000 in benefits between February and August 2024 from the Department of Social Services she wasn’t eligible to receive.
