Ithaca Firefighters Association’s 33rd Kids Day set for Saturday at Stewart Park

ITHACA, NY (607NewsNow) – You’re invited to celebrate community with the Ithaca Fire Department.

On Saturday, August 15, the Ithaca Professional Firefighters Association’s 33rd annual Kids Day celebration will happen at Stewart Park.

Run by current and retired members of the Ithaca Fire Department, the free event will have fire truck rides, a rope zip line, and hose spraying.

Additionally, there will be educational and hands-on demonstrations, and free school supplies for children.

It takes place from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. tomorrow at Stewart Park.
