ITHACA, NY (607NewsNow) — The Ithaca Town Board is delaying a financial decision.

Town lawmakers are considering giving a monetary gift to the City of Ithaca to support facilities at Cass Park and Stewart Park. In 2025, the town gave the city $100,000 to support the parks.

A vote was scheduled for Jan. 12, but Ithaca Town Supervisor Rod Howe said some figures in the paperwork were outdated. The board plans to revisit the topic at its next meeting.
