Johnson City man accused of damaging, burning car wash payment kiosk

JOHNSON CITY, NY (607NewsNow) – A Johnson City man is accused of damage at a car wash.

On April 14, State Police arrested Joshua Skobern on charges of felony criminal mischief and misdemeanor arson.

On April 12, while at the Enviro Auto Wash on Watson Boulevard in Endwell, troopers say the 39-year-old punched a payment kiosk, struck it with a spray wand, and used a lighter to burn the faceplate. The alleged incident was caught on security cameras.

Skobern is due in Union Town Court on April 28.
