Lansing firefighters see slight increase in call volume

LANSING, NY (607NewsNow) — Firefighters in Lansing are looking back on October.

Crews responded to 118 calls last month. One situation involved a gas leak, another dealt with a downed power line, and nearly a dozen calls involved motor vehicle accidents.

Overall, crews received slightly more calls than in September, which had 115 calls.
