NYSP: Tioga County man was driving on license suspended over 10 times

UNION, NY (607NewsNow) – A traffic stop leads to a felony charge for a Tioga County man in Broome County.

On January 12, Jimmy Groats, of Apalachin, was pulled over for an expired registration around 5:30 p.m. in the Town of Union.

State Police say the 38-year-old did not have a valid license, and his license has been suspended more than 10 times.

Groats was arrested and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation.
