ITHACA, NY (607NewsNow) — A 24-year-old man is under arrest in Ithaca.

Police say Gregory VanDyke was spotted near an alleged burglary in progress early this morning, Oct. 16, on Dryden Road but determined he wasn’t involved. However, officers say they saw Amazon packages in a bag on an electric bicycle that didn’t belong to him. VanDyke was charged with criminal possession of stolen property.

IPD believes the e-bike was also stolen and ask anyone with missing or stolen packages to tell them.
