Rangers to return after multiday rest

NEW YORK (607NewsNow) — The Rangers are back on the ice tonight.

The team hosts Carolina at 7 p.m. It’ll be New York’s first game since Saturday.

Rangers Head Coach Mike Sullivan said the team has had a productive week.

“There were a lot of objectives,” he said. “Some of it was rest and recovery for some of our guys who were getting heavy minutes.”

Sullivan added the team has been reviewing film. New York is currently on a three-game losing streak.
