Student joins Ithaca’s Community Police Board

ITHACA, NY (607NewsNow) — A new face is joining the Community Police Board in Ithaca.

The group is welcoming Ithaca College student Augustine Daudu. He’ll serve on the board through 2027.

Daudu’s appointment was unanimously approved by the Ithaca Common Council on July 8. He’ll work alongside community advocate Josh Dolan, whose appointment saw mixed reactions in June.
