TC3 soccer teams gear up for games; Mets tame Tigers

The TC3 men’s soccer team hosts Onondaga today at 4 p.m. After that, the women’s soccer team entertains Onondaga at 6:30 p.m.

The Ithaca College men’s soccer team entertains Elmira tonight at 8 p.m. Both teams are 1-0 so far this season.

The Jets are gearing up for their game against the Steelers. During a press conference on Tuesday, Jets Head Coach Aaron Glenn said it’ll be a “good challenge.” The game takes place at 1 p.m. on Sunday at MetLife Stadium.

The Yankees took care of the Astros 7-1 on Tuesday. Jazz Chisholm Jr. hit two home runs in the win. The teams play again tonight at 8:10 p.m. in Houston. Will Warren will pitch for New York.

Back-to-back wins for the Mets. They tamed the Tigers 12-5 on Tuesday. Pete Alonso cracked two home runs in the victory. The teams play again today at 1:10 p.m. in Detroit. On the mound for the Mets will be Clay Holmes.

Three straight wins for the Binghamton Rumble Ponies. They outscored Akron 6-1 on Tuesday. A rematch takes place tonight at 6:35 p.m. in Ohio.
