TIOGA CENTER, NY (607NewsNow) – A Tioga County man is accused of violating a court order.

On May 26, deputies arrested Brian Kotsubka, of Tioga Center, following an alleged domestic incident in the Town of Tioga.

The 36-year-old is charged with felony criminal contempt and a harassment violation.

Kotsubka was arraigned and released. He is scheduled to appear in Tioga Town Court at a later date.
