CORTLANDVILLE, NY (607NewsNow) – A 54-year-old homeless man is facing multiple charges in Cortlandville.

On Oct. 13, authorities were patrolling the area of Route 281 when they observed the defendant, Terry Maricle.

According to the Cortland County Sheriff’s Office, Maricle, who was recently released from jail, was wanted for a felony probation violation. Additionally, he has two pending felony drug charges.
