Waverly man sentenced for drug crime in Pennsylvania

WAVERLY, NY (607NewsNow) – A Waverly man is headed to prison in Pennsylvania.

On June 1, Kyle Lowry was sentenced to 12 years behind bars for possession with intent to deliver fentanyl and meth.

According to Bradford County District Attorney Richard Wilson, the charge stems from an investigation in the Keystone State back in November 2024. The 31-year-old was charged the following April and arrested in July 2025.

Lowry will spend a minimum of 44 months in prison.
